We meet on a video call at the agreed time and work through your questions.

How is the call held?
By video call. We send you the link with the time we agree. A call booked for more than one hour can be split across several sessions.
Can I cancel or move my consultation?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. If you cancel later or miss the call, the session counts as delivered. See our Cancellation Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Do I get a report?
A consultation is a conversation, not a report. If you want a scored, written review, choose one of our reviews.
How does a custom project work?
Tell us what you need through our contact form. We reply with a written quote covering scope, timing and price. Work starts only once you accept the quote and pay.
