These terms apply to every account and order on markupworks.com. Please read them before you order. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. Who we are
markupworks.com is operated by Agovenzi Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17062749, incorporated on 2 March 2026, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Agovenzi Limited. “You” means the person who opens an account or places an order. A “consumer” is an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Your account
2.1 You must be 18 or older to open an account or place an order. We ask you to confirm this before every purchase.
2.2 You need an account to order. The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at info@markupworks.com if you think someone else has used it.
2.3 You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, giving notice where reasonable.
2.4 Accurate information. The information you give us when you register and order (your name, email address, billing details and the links to your content) must be true, complete and your own. We are not responsible for delays, or for a Report that misses the point, caused by wrong or incomplete information or links.
2.5 Prohibited use. You must not:
- use another person’s card, bank account, account or identity, or pay with a card or bank account you are not authorised to use;
- order a Review of an account, brand or content you do not own or have no permission to have reviewed;
- resell our Reviews or Reports, or offer them as your own service;
- copy, scrape or systematically download content from this website, or use automated tools to place orders;
- try to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or other customers’ accounts, or interfere with their security or operation;
- upload files that contain viruses or other harmful code;
- use our services for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent.
If you do, we may cancel your order and close your account (see sections 2.3 and 7.5).
3. Where we provide our services
3.1 We serve customers in the United Kingdom, the European Union and other countries where we are permitted to do so.
3.2 Restricted jurisdictions. We do not provide our services to people or businesses located in, or ordinarily resident in, countries or regions subject to comprehensive UK, EU, UN or US sanctions, including Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine, or to anyone named on a sanctions list. We may ask you to confirm your location and may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we believe this clause applies.
4. Our services
4.1 We provide written marketing reviews of social media content, websites and brands (“Reviews”), delivered as a PDF report (“Report”):
- Post Review — one post or reel; usually delivered within 48 hours.
- Content Audit — three posts and your stories; usually delivered within 72 hours.
- Brand Audit — your website and up to three social channels; usually delivered within 7 days.
4.2 The product page at the time of your order describes what each Review includes. That description forms part of our contract with you.
4.3 Every Report is prepared carefully and goes through our review and approval process before it is sent.
4.4 Reviews are professional opinions based on marketing practice. They are not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice, and we cannot guarantee any particular result (see section 13).
4.5 Senior Marketing Consultation (“Consultation”). A one-to-one video call with a senior marketing specialist, priced per hour. You choose the number of hours when you order and we agree the time with you by email after payment. Hours can be used in one call or split across sessions. A Consultation is a conversation: it does not include a Report.
4.6 Custom projects. For larger pieces of work we send you a written quote setting out the scope, timing and price. A custom project starts only when you accept the quote and pay. These terms apply to it together with the accepted quote; if they differ, the quote prevails for that project.
5. Placing an order and our contract
5.1 Before you pay, you see an order summary with the Review, total price, currency, taxes, delivery format and delivery time. You confirm your order by ticking the required boxes and selecting Pay now.
5.2 Our contract with you starts when we email your order confirmation and receipt. We keep a record of the boxes you ticked, with the date, time and IP address, as evidence of your acceptance.
5.3 We may refuse an order, with a full refund, if the content breaches section 8, if section 3.2 applies, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
5.4 An automatic message that only acknowledges your order (for example while a payment is still pending) is not acceptance. The contract starts only when we send the confirmation and receipt described in section 5.2.
6. Prices, currencies and taxes
6.1 Prices are fixed and shown in pounds sterling (GBP), euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD). You choose your currency before you pay and are charged in that currency.
6.2 Taxes: we are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. If this changes, we will update these terms and show any VAT at checkout and on your receipt.
6.3 Your bank may charge a fee for payments in a currency other than the currency of your card or bank account. We don’t control or receive those fees.
6.4 If we have shown an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before starting work and you can cancel for a full refund.
6.5 Price changes do not affect orders you have already paid for.
7. Payment
7.1 Full payment in advance. You pay the full price when you order. We do not accept partial prepayments, deposits or instalments, and we do not start work until full payment has been received.
7.2 Payment methods. You can pay by card (Visa or Mastercard) or by bank through open banking (“Pay by bank”), where your bank supports it. Both are processed by our regulated payment service provider on its secure payment page. We never see or store your full card details or your online banking login details. See our Payment Security page.
- Card: payments are authenticated with 3-D Secure where your bank supports it.
- Pay by bank: you choose your bank and approve the payment in your own banking app or online banking. The payment goes directly from your bank account. A Pay by bank payment is not a card payment, so card scheme chargeback rules do not apply; if something goes wrong, contact us first (section 12) and you can also contact your bank.
7.3 Your payment appears on your bank statement as AGVNZMRKPWRK.
7.4 We do not offer stored account balances, site credit, or transfers of money between users or to third parties.
7.5 Fraud prevention and verification. To protect you and us, we and our payment service provider check orders for fraud. Before we start work we may ask you to confirm your identity, your billing details or that you are the cardholder or account holder. We may hold, refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if you do not reply within 7 days, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of section 2.5. Where the law allows, we may report suspected fraud to our payment service provider and the relevant authorities.
8. Your content
8.1 To review your content we need to see it. Make sure the accounts and posts you send are public, or upload screenshots, recordings or files instead. We never ask for passwords or account access.
8.2 You confirm that you own the content you submit, or have permission from its owner, and that it does not break any law or anyone’s rights, including privacy, copyright and image rights.
8.3 You must not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, involves minors inappropriately, or promotes illegal products or services. We may cancel and refund an order that includes such content.
8.4 You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your content only to prepare and deliver your Report. We do not publish your content or use it in our marketing without your written permission.
8.5 We delete files you upload 90 days after delivery (see our Privacy Policy).
9. Delivery
9.1 We deliver your Report as a PDF with a secure download link sent by email and in My account › Reports, usually within the delivery time shown for your Review. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; if a Review will take longer, we will tell you. Delivery time starts when we have received both your payment and access to the content we need.
9.2 If a link is private, broken or missing, we email you; the delivery time restarts when we can access your content. If you do not send what we need within 7 days, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
9.3 Your Report counts as delivered when we have sent the download link to the email address on your account and made the Report available in your account. We keep records of delivery, including when the email was sent and when the Report was downloaded.
9.4 Consultations are delivered by video call at the time we agree by email. A Consultation counts as delivered when the call has taken place, or as set out in section 11.4.
9.5 Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
10. Your Report and our content
10.1 We own the copyright in the Report. You may use, copy and share it within your own business or for your own personal use. You may not resell it or publish it as your own work.
10.2 You can download your Report from your account for 12 months after delivery.
10.3 All content on this website (text, design, graphics and examples) belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for personal use.
10.4 Third-party platforms. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms named on this website are trademarks of their owners. We are an independent business and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. We review content that is publicly visible on those platforms; their own rules and decisions (for example about reach or account restrictions) are outside our control.
11. Cancellation and refunds
11.1 Before we start work: we start about one hour after your payment and email you when we do. Until then you can cancel for a full refund.
11.2 After work has started: we do not accept cancellations, except that consumers in the UK and EU keep their legal right to cancel until delivery. Because you ask us at checkout to start straight away, a consumer who cancels after work has started pays for the work done up to that point. Business customers cannot cancel once work has started.
11.3 After delivery: the service has been fully performed and cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds; if we make a mistake, we correct the Report free of charge (see our Refund Policy). Your statutory rights are not affected.
11.4 Consultations: you can cancel or move a Consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time, for a full refund or a new time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or do not join the call, the session counts as delivered and is not refunded. If we need to move a session, we offer you a new time or a full refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
11.5 Full details are in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
12. Complaints, disputes and chargebacks
12.1 Talk to us first. If you are unhappy with your order, email info@markupworks.com with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within one working day and give you a final response within 8 weeks at the latest.
12.2 Chargebacks and payment disputes. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer for a Report that has been delivered as described, we will contest the dispute and give your bank or card issuer evidence such as your order record, your recorded acceptance of these terms and our Refund Policy, the delivery and download records of your Report, and our correspondence with you.
12.3 While a dispute is open we may suspend access to your account. If a dispute is found to be unjustified, we may close your account and decline future orders.
12.4 If we cannot resolve a complaint within 8 weeks, or you disagree with our final response, consumers in the UK can get free advice from Citizens Advice, and consumers in the EU from their national consumer authority or European Consumer Centre. You can also go to court (see section 17). Raising a dispute does not affect your statutory rights.
13. No guarantee of results
Our Reviews tell you what we would change and why. We cannot guarantee any particular result, such as reach, followers, engagement or sales, because these depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, timing and how you apply our recommendations.
14. Our liability to you
14.1 Consumers: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
14.2 We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
14.3 Business customers: if you order in the course of a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
15. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as a platform outage, a failure of our hosting provider or an internet outage. If this happens we will tell you and continue as soon as we can. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. General
16.1 Changes to these terms: we may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
16.2 Language: these terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, it is for convenience only and the English version prevails if there is any difference, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
16.3 Entire agreement: these terms, the product description at the time of your order and the policies referred to in them form the whole agreement between us.
16.4 Severability: if a court decides that any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
16.5 Transfer: we may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation; we will tell you and this will not affect your rights. You may transfer your rights only with our written consent.
16.6 Third parties: no one other than you and us has any rights under these terms.
16.7 Website availability: we work to keep this website available, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of interruptions or errors. We may suspend it for maintenance or security reasons. This does not affect delivery of orders you have paid for.
16.8 No waiver: if we do not insist straight away that you do something you are required to do, or we delay taking action, that does not mean we have given up our rights.
17. Law and courts
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring proceedings in your local courts.
